We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. If you exceed them, your service won't be interrupted immediately. We'll work with you to either upgrade your plan or optimize your usage. For occasional spikes, we offer flexible overage pricing at a reasonable rate.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features and we'll prorate the difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Yes! We offer 50% off for qualified nonprofits and 25% off for early-stage startups (under $5M in funding). Contact our sales team with proof of status to apply for these discounts.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) for monthly billing. For annual plans, we also accept ACH transfers and wire transfers. Enterprise customers can arrange invoicing with NET-30 terms.
